• Delivery within Cairo and Giza takes 2–4 business days,
  while other governorates may take 3–7 business days.

• Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status easily.

4. Delays or Failed Delivery

• In case of courier delays or force majeure events, we will contact you with updates.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, the customer will bear the additional shipping fees.
