You may request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving your order, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, unopened, and includes all original packaging, accessories, and invoices.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been damaged or misused by the customer.
• Any item that is not in its original condition or missing parts.

3. Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to a mistake from our side (such as receiving a wrong or damaged product), 2K Egypt will cover all shipping and replacement costs.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• We will notify you by email or phone.
• If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
